Our biggest strength is automation and it is the software developed by Indus Valley Labs that allows us to survey and gather price data from hundreds of farmers and vendors in real time that gives us our competitive edge. After surveying price data in real-time we can then create Purchase Requirements, Purchase Orders and send them over SMS to vendors and farmers who do not have access to the internet and would otherwise require a call center and a lot of time and data entry. The response from our vendors is automatically parsed and updates prices as well as the automated accounting system. Our next stage of development involves using artificial intelligence to further automate our processes which includes predicting demand and managing inventory and I am sure that Indus Valley Labs is the only development company that can develop this for us. The ability to create such complex automation systems and integrate them with an open source system requires great skill, technical know-how and ability to manage resources well. IVL team have always delivered on time and provided well documented and professional services that we rely on for our continued growth as a startup. I approached IVL with my vision of developing the best in class SaaS platform for global audience. In our joint brainstorming we decided that to achieve the flexibility required to compete globally we will need the ability to have localized presence in each country we target. Shamaila and her team brilliantly engineered the software platform so that we were able to quickly launch the localized services for Malaysia and Africa markets after our success in France while still retaining the benefit economy of scale in operations.

As an entrepreneur myself, and an ex-executive at SAP (one of the world’s largest software companies), I have worked with various people around the world.
